Maha Mas Medic Services Sdn Bhd (also known publicly as Mahamas Ambulance Services) is one of the active and largest private ambulance service provider in Malaysia. Established in 2004, we remain true to our root by continually providing our ambulance and medical services from the heart of our nation capital Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur and will remain to do so for the foreseeable future. 

After 16 years leading this industry, we are now recognised by many as one of the largest provider in Malaysia with a fleet of 25 units of ambulances, and the fullt-me support of more than 75 qualified Ambulance Crew manning these ambulances at all times.

Mahamas strive to be the leader in this industry. Rather than be a follower of the trend in the Industry, Mahamas Ambulance has become and will strive to continue to be the trend setter for a number of transformation in this industry which includes:-

• The Introduction of Unique Brand Image for our Ambulance which has become wide spread this last 10 years or so;
• l Establishing a dedicated 24 hours Call Centre to attend to all Ambulance Service needs;
• Recruiting qualified Nurses, Paramedics and Assistant Medical Officer as the full-time ambulance medical crews when it is yet to be a custom by other service providers;
• Opting to provide a Toll-free Hotline Number for our Ambulance Service Customer years before our competitor are offering it;

Thanks to our dedication, we also have received recognition from multiple organization throughout the years which includes Gold Award in the 8th MOSPHA OSH National Awards, SME and Enterpreneurs Business Awards 2019, and etc.

Moving forward, we aim to keep growing dynamically to serve the needs and demand of hte society. The vision for our 20th anniversary is to transform ambulance services into cashless system, expand our fleet for extensive nationwide coverage with visible present in all states, and implementing integrated online booking system. We also aim to collaborate with a strategic partner to accommodate Medical Card market.

We also aim to penetrate into government sector with the outsourcing model for their ambulance services that we feel will benefit the public at large.  Finally, we want to establish our very own Medical Centre. Our mission along the way is to be a trusted and reliable partner in pre-hospital and ambulance service for all.
